Shipping Information

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from our facility in Winnipeg, MB via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Options for standard, expedited or express shipping will be available in the order checkout process. Orders will ship within 1-5 days, provided the items in your order are in stock. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive at the shipping destination. We encourage you to order well in advance to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Return Policy    

We will accept the return of products that are defective or have been incorrectly fulfilled for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Payment for Online Orders    

Our online store accepts only Canadian Visa or MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a rejected order by the financial institution. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Offline Orders

We accept Visa, MasterCard or Interac for walk in orders or for any other orders outside of our online store.

Taxes   

Medallion Milk will charge and withhold the applicable Provincial and Federal tax for orders delivered to respective the Province. Please note that there is no tax on the milk product, but taxes to apply to shipping charges.

Multiple Product Orders             

We will attempt to ship all powdered milk products contained in your order at the same time although products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped once they become available, unless we are informed otherwise. We will only be charge for products that are sent in a shipment, plus any other shipping charges. 

Out of Stock Items

Your order will be shipped as the product become available however there may be occasions when the product (or products) you have ordered are out of stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will inform you of any out of stock  products that are unavailable for immediate shipment and you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
