Rich and Creamy Campfire Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cocoa powder (sifted)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Milk:

  • ¾ cup Whole Milk Powder
  • Water to 1 litre (4 cups)

Instructions:

  1. Combine dry cocoa ingredients, and store in an airtight container.
  2. Add ¾ cup whole milk powder to campfire kettle or saucepan. Fill to 1 Litre (4 Cups).
  3. Whisk over low heat till warm (low and slow is best!)
  4. Add 2 tablespoons cocoa mix to mugs, and fill with 1 cup warm milk.
  5. Stir and enjoy!
